Dr Charles Babumba is a life saver. My daughter was unlucky twice with some negligent or actually “eye specialists” with shady intentions which invented serious conditions and put diagnoses such glaucoma, retinopathy and vitreous destruction and recommended laser.
We went to City eye for second opinion. Dr Charles made advanced investigations (Broad Visual Field exam, retina and optic nerve Optic Coherent Tomography, intraocular pressure control, fundus oculi, Zeiss GDxTM exam, Daytona Optomap, Humphreys machine usage, Keratron Topographer and Oculus Keratograph 5M) and did not find any of these fatal damages. Nor did he recommended laser for young person.
He had unbiased view and follows the principle of ‘do-no-harm’. He also has charming approach and deep knowledge of the eye.
