Charles has been a long-time advocate of Orthokeratology to help manage myopia by the use of night-time (Ortho-K) lenses.
Ortho-K night lenses gently corrects the shape of the eyes and effectively removes the need to wear glasses or contact lenses during the daytime.
Once the full effect of the Ortho-K process has taken place the eyes are effectively ‘normal’ and you will be able to can see clearly during the day, without the need to wear corrective lenses. If you do decide to stop wearing the Ortho-K lenses, then the eyes will go back to normal. This makes Ortho-K night lenses a truly risk-free alternative to laser eye surgery.
